Donny and Me

Donald Trump is, possibly, looking at becoming the first US President in the history of the country to actually be impeached. His connections to Russia are likely to be the reason why. It's not in me to feel sorry for Donny, but we do have a weird connection. The Geezer with a Grudge blog also seems to attract more Russian attention than I'd expect. Check it out:

Technically he would be the second President to be impeached. Clinton was impeached, but he was not subsequently removed from office.

Technically, the third president. Andrew Johnson in 1868, acquitted of charges, no removal.
Nixon resigned before impeachment procedures could begin.
Removal is part of the process, requiring a vote.

"Impeachment is analogous to indictment in regular court proceedings; trial by the other house is analogous to the trial before judge and jury in regular courts. Typically, the lower house of the legislature impeaches the official and the upper house conducts the trial." So, in both cases you're right, with Johnson actually getting close to being removed from office. With Clinton, the Senate just laughed at the loonies from the House and ignored their little kangaroo court. The real question is, what are the Russians doing on my blog? And how can I get them to go away?
