Unfortunately, Blogger doesn't do a great job of figuring out which Anonymous commenters are actually real people, not Russians or Chinese bots. Because of that, I don't accept anonymous posts. If you have something worth saying, you shouldn't be afraid of using your ID.
I paid that tax (tariff) that the Reagan administration put on bikes over 700 CC. I wasn't happy about it at the time; however, in hindsight, I'm disappointed that H-D didn't use that money to expand their market and set the company up for future viability.
ReplyDeleteI can see that. I think my response was a lifetime of under 700cc motorcycles in protest. Hardly's response to everything has been below the belt, including rewriting their WWII history. I would never expect a company that lazy with customers that simple-minded to do any sort of "right thing." The biggest bike I've ever owned was a Yamaha 850 TDM and that was always more bike than I ever needed.
